This 35 year old had significant weight loss and laxity of the anterior abdominal skin, which caused her to have a “muffin top”. She also worked out frequently and was unable to reduce the fullness in her hips and medial and lateral thighs. Dr. Poulter was able to improve her shape by doing an abdominoplasty and liposuction of her hips, medial and lateral thighs. The surgery improved her ability to exercise more effectively and interact with her children.
